Barça Set to Play First Fixture at Partially Completed Camp Nou on Saturday
Barcelona have announced their first game will take place at the partially upgraded Camp Nou this Saturday. They will welcome the Basque side in domestic competition two and a half years since relocating so building work could begin.

Not all seats will be available though over 45,000 attendees can be present based on approved permits. When completed, the Camp Nou is due to hold close to 105,000 fans, up from the previous 99,000. Officials confirmed recent additions comprise an updated entryway for the team along with upgraded changing facilities.

The club conducted a fan-accessible workout inside the stadium earlier this month. They mentioned they were hoping for permission by UEFA to host the next European match versus the German side on 9 December at Camp Nou. Their recent games have been held at the Olympic Stadium.
